HELLO FRIENDS
If we haven’t met before my name is Emily. I am a certified Personal Trainer, a certified barre and pilates instructor, and I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance specializing in Choreography and Performance. So you may say movement is my first language.

I have always been an avid runner and lover of a good sweaty workout. But I found it hard to stick to a schedule and find the time to fit it into my day. I started taking barre classes and strength style classes. That's when I started to feel my motivation come back and was able to build the consistency throughout my week that I craved.
​
We can see so many unrealistic depictions of bodies on social media. Those click bate tag lines, "5 minute workout for a six pack" can be very damaging and confusing on our fitness journey. I truly learned to love myself and my body through barre and strength classes and I want this for you too!

Wether you want to take group fitness classes or workout together 1:1, I will always be the most supportive trainer cheering you on to your goals. I promise to give you a no BS approach to fitness that will keep you coming back. I believe that you have to love what you are doing in order to keep doing it and I ALWAYS bring the fun back into fitness with a dad joke or two.

My goal is to help you fall in love with yourself..yes I know this sounds cheesy. But I want you to look in the mirror and say HELL YA I look and FEEL amazing! Let’s find movement that works for your body so you can see just how strong you are!
